於1968年成立的「Reo Speedwagon(REO快速馬車)」
在1971年與哥倫比亞唱片旗下的EPIC簽約，連續五年，每年推出的專輯雖然銷售成績並不差，但一直以來卻沒有讓人特別印象深刻的代表作品，甚至有人形容他們是「美國流行音樂史上最不成功但卻最長壽的團體」
 
一直到成軍十二年後的「Keep on loving you」一曲，才成為排行榜上的寵兒。
在進入80年代，REO非常的活躍，尤其在他們1985年推出了「Can't fight this feeling」直接榮登全美熱門單曲榜3週冠軍
 
這首歌在歷經三十幾個年頭，近期更被收錄在風靡全球的Netflix系列影集【怪奇物語】第三季原聲帶專輯之中
